A graduate of a leading French business school, Théo began his career at GetPro as a recruiter specialized in Tech roles. He then joined the RPO department, where he broadened his scope to Go-to-Market recruitment and the management of outsourced recruitment programs. He notably played a key role in the success of the RPO program deployed for Electra.
